Mini Buffet Description
Food will be packed in disposable containers therefore no collection is required. The mini buffet does not come with a buffet set-up.
Full Set of Disposable Wares and Serviettes upon request. An additional charge of $15 applies per 10pax mini buffet.
ORDERING
Order has to be placed via WhatsApp to 96342546. Pre-order 5 days in advance is required. All prices are inclusive of prevailing GST charges.
We will reach out via WhatsApp within 2-3 working days (excluding weekends & PH) to confirm the order after the online form is submitted.
PAYMENT
For payment, we accept paynow via QR code or bank transfer. We will share the payment details once details have been confirmed.
Do kindly note that WE REQUIRE PAYMENT FOR ORDER TO BE CONFIRMED.
All orders will not be processed unless written confirmation is provided at least 2 working days before your function date.
We do not accept payments or balances after the event or provide credit terms without prior approval.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A 50% charge of the invoice amount will apply for cancellations made after confirmation.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 100% charge of the invoice amount.
AMENDMENTS TO ORDER
For changes to order, please kindly reach out to us via WhatsApp to 96342546.
Do kindly inform us at least 3 days before the delivery date as we need ample time to make arrangements with the team.
DELIVERY
There will be complimentary delivery provided, please provide delivery address upon ordering.
Kindly inform us if your venue do not have
i) direct lift access or
ii) unloading area is distant from the venue.
Due to logistical challenges, a surcharge of $20 will be applied for delivery to venues without a lift landing. We regret to inform you that we cannot deliver to venues higher than level 4 without lift access. Please ensure that the designated person or point-of-contact is always reachable during the delivery process.
Greendot Singapore will not be held responsible for any communication failures that result in delayed or unsuccessful deliveries.
CONSUMPTION OF FOOD
Greendot Singapore will not assume any responsibility for food consumed beyond the stipulated time.
In compliance with SFA requirements, all food must be consumed within 4 hours, including one hour of delivery time.
