How can I make a reservation to dine-in?

We do not accept online reservations at the moment. Please kindly contact the outlet you wish to visit to inquire about their availability for reservations. You can find the contact information for each outlet here.

What are the last order timings at Greendot outlets?

Greendot outlets accept dine-in orders up to 30 minutes before closing time.

Is Greendot halal-certified?

Greendot is not a Halal-certified establishment, however, we do take measures to ensure that there is no pork, lard or alcohol in any of our food items and cakes offered in our stores.

ONLINE ORDER

Can I make changes to my order details after it has been placed?

For changes to order, please kindly WhatsApp us at 96342546 or email us at enquiries@greendot.sg. We will get back to you as soon as possible. Change of collection/delivery date has to be informed at least five (5) days prior to the collection/delivery date.

Can I cancel/refund my order?

For cancellations, please WhatsApp us at 96342546 or email us at enquiries@greendot.sg. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

There will be no refund for orders canceled in less than three (3) days prior to the collection/delivery date. There will be no refunds for customized cake once it has been placed as it is custom made.

Why can’t I choose the date/time?

If a certain date/time is greyed out, it means that the product is not available for that date or it has passed the cut-off time.

The cut-off time are as follows:

Standard Whole cakes: Orders must be placed 3 days before (e.g. order by Tuesday, 2359 for Friday). A cut-off time of 12PM applies to Sundays.

Customised Cakes: Orders must be placed 7-10 days in advance. 

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

Please kindly note that order will only be confirmed once payment has been made sucessfully. For online orders, there will be an order confirmation email sent to you! For orders made via WhatsApp, we will send you a screenshot of receipt! You may kindly show it to our staff for collection at outlet!
