Why should I register as a Greendot CARE Club member?
After a successful full registration, members can then enjoy the full membership benefits of the Greendot CARE Club based on their member tier, as listed below:

How do I join as Greendot Care Club?
To register, visit careclub.greendot.sg or scan the QR code (displayed at all Greendot outlets) using your mobile device’s app then click “SIGN UP” to create account. Continue by using Google or Facebook login, or manual sign up by completing your personal details
What is the Greendot CARE Club membership tier system and how does it work?
The Care Club membership tier system has 2 tiers:
Green Tier
Gold Tier
Your tier will be calculated based on accumulated spending, and different tiers offer different benefits.
GREEN TIER: Upon registration as a member, you will automatically become a Green Tier member & enjoy benefits as below:
Welcome gift – 20% OFF sub-total voucher for food and drinks.
Birthday treat – Receive a 20% birthday voucher on your birthday month
Cashback – Earn 4 CARE points for every $1 spent. (Redeem $1 off with every 100 CARE points, minimum redemption is 100 CARE points)
GOLD TIER: Automatically upgrade to this tier with $500 accumulated spending within a period of 12months & enjoy additional benefits as below:
Birthday treat – Receive a 30% birthday voucher on your birthday month
Cashback – Earn 6 CARE points for every $1 spent. (Redeem $1 off with every 100 CARE points, minimum redemption is 100 CARE points)

Will my CARE tier expire?
The Green tier does not have an expiration date. For Gold tier membership will be valid for one year starting from the date you qualified, you have to spend the amount accumulated to the qualified tier within a year to maintain your tier, otherwise your tier will be automatically degraded to the next lower tier.
Is there a membership fee?
There is no membership fee required to join our Greendot Care Club.
How do I earn CARE points?
During your visit, kindly scan QR from your table to order and login to your membership account upon ordering.
Otherwise, you may present your registered mobile number to our outlet’s cashier. The cashier will then enter the transaction value (excluding GST) into the system to process the CARE points.
Example
If you are a Green tier and spend $8.50 at Greendot, you will be entitled to earn $8 × 4 CARE points = 32 CARE points.
If you are a Gold tier and spend $8.50 at Greendot, you will be entitled to earn $8 × 6 CARE points = 48 CARE points.
How do I redeem my CARE points?
Minimum of 100 CARE points is required to be redeemable for your purchase. You may redeem it from orders.greendot.sg for your online purchases or kindly inform the cashier of the amount you wish to redeem from your account.
Will my CARE points expire?
The CARE points earned will expire after 180 days from the last visit date. Please note that the expiry date is not extendable under any circumstances.
How can I check the CARE points balance or available voucher?
You can login to the member portal here (link: careclub.greendot.sg) with your registered mobile number to view the account details such as CARE points, tier type and all available vouchers.
How do I receive and redeem the birthday voucher?
You will receive your birthday discount voucher on the first day of your birthday month. It will be valid of one-time use only during the entire month of your birthday, no extension allowed.
What type of purchase not qualify for earning CARE points?
Purchase of cash vouchers are not qualify for CARE points earning.
Is GST included for cashback earning?
CARE points earning does not include the GST amount.
Terms & Conditions:
- Minimum purchase of $1 is required to be eligible for CARE points.
- The 20% off welcome voucher is not entitled to be used in conjunction with other promotion, discount, voucher or similar scheme.
- The 20% off welcome voucher only available for new member sign up and valid 1 month from the registration date.
- Greendot CARE club membership is strictly non-transferable.
- All membership services are applicable for online and in-store counter transactions.
- Greendot reserves the rights to withdraw/modify the terms & conditions without prior notice.
